This modern holiday house is designed for quintessential beachside living where you’ll arrive and instantly relax!
You won’t even need to step inside this beach house to know you’re on holiday, just take a pew in the alfresco area and stare out across the manicured lawns, through the native Peppermint trees to the sea of blue.
The spacious alfresco at the front of this home will be the holiday hub, morning coffees, brunches after a morning at the beach, spectators pavilion for games on the lawn and late afternoon drinks as the sun goes down.
The open plan kitchen, dining and living space opens onto the alfresco area, so even if you are inside, you’ll still be part of the action.
Bedroom One is located downstairs with bathroom and a separate toilet just across the hall. The other three bedrooms are located upstairs, two super king rooms with a lovely outlook over the front garden, and a children’s bunk room with additional single bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom, and all have their own reverse cycle air-conditioner.
Everyone can relax here, the kids can play on the lawns or ride along the coastal track while the adults can take a deep breath and read (or do nothing) in the peaceful surroundings.
Busselton Beach House is well located to visit the lively coastal town, foreshore playground and award-winning jetty, the longest wooden jetty in the Southern Hemisphere; compete in world-class events like the Busselton Ironman (December) or Busselton Swim (February); or explore the greater Margaret River region.
