One of two villas, Farm Break West offers guests a secluded place to escape from the humdrum of everyday life. Perched above Bunker Bay and a lake, this holiday home provides plenty to please the eyes. Legs will love the 300-metre-walk to one of the most pristine beaches this side of the equator, and bellies won’t mind the 20-minute walk to one of our favourite eateries – Bunkers Beach House. Tired bodies will relish a soak in the bathtub, which overlooks surrounding bush, while ears will enjoy the quiet afforded to them thanks to the villa’s location on 180 acres of private farmland.

One of the most beautiful beaches in the Margaret River region, the bay is protected from large ocean swells by the rocky outcrops of Cape Naturaliste. Ideal for swimming, surfing, fishing and lazing. This is holiday heaven.
Amazing location, views and access to beach. Isolation is part of its charm... Another wonderful family holiday with Private Properties. Golf was brilliant!!
