The Property

Tequila Sunrise is thoughtfully designed for relaxed holiday living. Upstairs you’ll find the open?plan kitchen, dining and living area, along with three bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Having everything on one level makes it easy to move from the living space straight out onto the upper deck — an ideal spot for morning coffee, sunset drinks or long summer dinners overlooking the bay through the Peppermint trees.

Downstairs, the undercroft alfresco area offers a second living zone perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Lounge on the outdoor sofas, enjoy a friendly table tennis match, or gather around for board games in the shade. A laundry and additional toilet are also located on the ground level, while a heated outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after sandy beach adventures.
