There is plenty to celebrate when staying at Champagne House! Enjoy early morning coffees on the balcony as you check out the surf, take a leisurely stroll across the road and you're on the beach, kick back on the balcony or in the lounge room and watch the sunset across the Indian ocean.

The main living area is on the upper level, maximizing the views with floor to ceiling windows right across the front of the house, with a protected alfresco area for outdoor dining.

An extended terrazzo bench and sliding window from the kitchen forms a convenient servery to the balcony BBQ area - the perfect spot for summer entertaining.

The four bedrooms, three bathrooms and children's activity area are all located on the lower floor, which is separated into two family sleeping areas for the privacy of guests.

There is reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout, however the house offers an open fire for cosy winter evenings, when you cat sit and watch the wild surf roll in!
