From their 50-acre Yallingup farm, George and Kayleigh Cooper create beautiful paddock-to-plate experiences for their guests, using produce grown onsite and sourced from trusted local suppliers. While they’re renowned for the jaw-dropping weddings and stunning functions that they host at Tiller Farm, the couple also offer bespoke, three- and seven-course in-home private dining experiences (with or without matching wines, of course). Focused on sustainability and locality, the Coopers’ menu is tantalising, luxurious and magical. A must-try for those expecting something a little extra from in-home dining.
South West Fine Events
South West Fine Events has fast been turning heads, thanks to chef Denver Stevens delivery of his three, highly sophisticated private dining offerings. There’s a Stand Up menu designed for meat and seafood lovers, a Sit Down four- or six-course feast for guests after an elevated, seated option, and a Feast menu, perfect for sharing. No matter what you choose, we guarantee it’ll be an impressive accompaniment to your Private Properties staycay.
Francesca Gosling
Passionate about provenance, chef Francesca Gosling creates seasonal private dining menus showcasing produce from her kitchen garden and trusted South West suppliers – think eggs from her own chooks, honey from her bee hives, and herbs, leaves and edible flowers from her backyard. Having lived and cooked across the globe, she blends international influences with a deep love of the region, ensuring every gourmet journey feels grounded, adventurous and memorable all at once.
Ben Jacob
He’s worked for the likes of Gorden Ramsay, did his apprenticeship at acclaimed Perth restaurant Balthazar, and made a name for himself in the South West as the head chef at Wise Winery, Lagoon Yallingup and now, Italian haunt Masseria, but where Ben Jacob really shines, in our humble opinion, is as a high-end private chef. His food is bold, playful and contemporary; refined dining that’ll linger in your memory banks well after dinner.
Epicuriosity Catering
Do you consider yourself a food connoisseur? Are you willing to put your gourmet knowledge to the test, while enjoying five courses of the South West’s best? Then you should try Epicuriosity’s Eat Think Laugh experience, which intermingles sumptuous eats with epicurean challenges that’ll excite and delight. If competition isn’t your thing and you’re just looking for a great night in, chef Greig Olsen and his team can cater anything from a romantic dinner for two, to an elegant cocktail party. They even do self-service finger food, which takes the fuss out of preparation. A huge yes in our books.
