CinefestOZ
This annual film festival is Australia’s premier destination film festival and has been held in WA’s South West since 2008. This five-day celebration of film attracts our biggest and brightest talents in Australia. There are also international flicks, documentaries, short films, and IndigifestOZ which shines a light on Indigenous storytelling and filmmakers. In 2021, the festival runs from the 25th to 29th of August at numerous cinematic venues in Bunbury, Busselton and Margaret River. Read more >
Fine Vines Festival
Fine Vines Festival brings together a curated selection of 30+ unique events showcasing the quality and depth of the Margaret River region’s premium wine offering. Private Properties are proud to sponsor this inaugural festival that runs over 10 days this Spring, 15th-24th October, 2021. Tourism in this region has grown on the back of the wine industry, so it's important to support this event that celebrates the vines and wines that have shaped Margaret River over the past 50+ years. Margaret River Region Open Studios
Celebrating it's 8th consecutive year, Margaret River Region Open Studios promises to inspire this September, 11-26th. A record 140 artists from Busselton to Witchcliffe will open their studio doors: painters, sculptors, glass blowers, photographers, rug-makers, potters and even tattoo artists! Dunsborough Football Club
Private Properties have an association with many past and present players and we are pleased to support our local football club. Community organisations, particularly sporting clubs, are pillars of the local community and it's important they are supported by fellow locals. Dunsborough Football Club have five teams playing finals in 2021, and we are proud to be associated with the club. Read more >
Dunsborough Basketball Club
This sporting association runs deeps through the Dunsborough community, bringing a broad number of families together over the spring / summer seasons.  The owners of Private Properties have coached, managed and cheered on their own children who played for this club.
