Our second visit to Balmoral, booked through Private Properties, was just as remarkable as our first after seven years. The property has been impeccably maintained and remains perfectly clean. Everything from booking to stay was seamless. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

82 Degrees was a fantastic house with just a short walk to the beach. Toby’s inlet is a beautiful stream to kayak on. The beach is idyllic with wonderful clear water - one day we even saw a Manta Ray. The house itself had all the latest fittings, it was sparkling clean and Private Properties were easy to work with. We stayed during the week Covid-19 started getting serious in Australia - certainly hope things get better so we can get back there soon.
