Let the Australian Magpie serenade you; view Kangaroos trekking across the paddocks or watch the many birds and colourful parrots attracted by the native plants in the garden.
Enjoy serene views north across the Gunyulgup Valley. At dusk, the kookaburras cackle from the huge marri trees in the paddock – all from your own private holiday home. Oh the serenity!
The single-level, comfortable four bedroom house easily accommodates two families in well-separated wings, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen, living area and three of the four bedrooms all lead onto the enormous north-facing deck and share its restful views.
Use the BBQ and dine al fresco at home, visit one of the many nearby restaurants, or walk down to the Gunyulgup Gallery via the creek or along the road. When the wind is right, you can hear the slow pulse of the surf – five minutes away for those who want to try it out.
The house is just as nice in winter, with a cosy pot belly stove, board games, reverse-cycle heating in the living area, large casserole dishes for heroic stews and throws on the sofas to wrap up in.
An enchanting haven of peace and serenity idyllically situated for the perfect rural retreat.
